A still heartbreaking anniversary but the eve of a wonderful day...Haven't
written here for a bit... been running around a lot and relying on post cards to
keep the site updated. Lot's of stuff going on... a recent marathon which
I'm beginning to heal up from... a lot of traveling... a somewhat revealing new
calendar (http://www.nakedfolkcalendar.com/) about to be released -just call me
Mr. May... long story there... and some exciting new stuff career-wise. As I've
written before Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday... for all the
usual reasons I guess but mostly because gratitude is a holy thing and in
itself a sure source of abiding happiness. I am always humbled by its
expression, its ability to transform and heal in moments and lives where you
would least expect to find it. I'm heading to one of those places for a
couple hours this morning. I sure wish you a great holiday and amid the blur of
it all - a moment to reflect on the blessings in your life.
